Why Will exists
AI should return people to the work that needs their judgment.
Will grew from a simple observation: capable people are hired to decide, create, and lead, yet much of their day is spent finding context, rebuilding information, coordinating across systems, and preparing work for someone else.
Designed around human judgment
The goal is not to remove people from important decisions. It is to let AI carry more of the research, preparation, coordination, and execution that surrounds those decisions.
Control is part of the product
As AI takes on more work, organizations need a governed place for that delegation to happen. Model access, tools, data access, approvals, deployment, and evidence belong in the same operating layer.
